Hot Stone Massage
Hot Stone Massage is a specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones, either as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body while they massage other parts of the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing help warm up tight muscles so the therapist can work more deeply, more quickly.

Depending on your sensitivity levels and tender points, your therapist will use various forms of massage for Fibromyalgia, or certain methods that address your specific requests and needs.

This one hour massage is a great way for expectant moms to relax and unwind. You must be at least 14 weeks into your pregnancy and provide us with a doctor’s note.

Orthopedic Deep Tissue Massage
It focuses on treating painful conditions which affect the soft tissues of the body, while releasing chronic muscle tension. The massage therapist may integrate a range of techniques to treat these conditions using passive and active stretching to get a deep release.

Ann graduated & received her license from Genesis Career College School of Massage therapy in 2014. Ann is always continuing her education in Massage Therapy, and has recently received a certificate in Fibromyalgia Massage Treatments in 2018, and another in Sports Massage Therapy in 2017. Ann is experienced in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, and Hot Stone massages.
Jennifer graduated from Genesis School of Massage here in Bowling Green, KY. She likes practicing Swedish, Neuromuscular, Prenatal and Hot Stone massages. In her free time she enjoys traveling to new place, learning more about holistic health ad spending time with her family.
